Leading the UI/UX redesign for Neighbourhood Care website. My role focused on translating a new house style into a high-fidelity Figma prototype, ensuring a modern and accessible digital journey for a diverse range of clients.

Challenge

  • The existing website felt outdated, text-heavy and difficult to navigate.

  • It didn't reflect the organisation's refreshed visual identity

  • Analytics also showed low engagement and short visit durations, which limited the company's ability to achieve its marketing goals of increasing website visits and generating qualified leads through Google Ads.

Solution

To redesign the website and improve the user experience for clients, staff and potential clients by:

  • Creating a user- friendly landing page

  • Adding dedicated sections per service and resources (e.g. blogs, guides)

  • Improving accessibility for users with vision difficulties

  • Integrating a clear call-to-action to increase leads and engagement
